Ćwiczenia plyometryczne dla biegaczy
Ćwiczenia plyometryczne uczą nasze ciało akumulacji i oddania części energii z biegu. Układ ruchu może działać jak sprężyna. Wykonując ten rodzaj treningu przygotowujemy również ciała do wyższych intensywności treningowych. To też ważny element prewencji urazów i kontuzji biegowych.

Ćwiczenia na aktywację biodra dla biegaczy
Trenując stabilizację uczysz się kontroli własnego ciała w przestrzeni. Pozytywnie wpływasz na płynność i efektywność kroku biegowego. Stabilna stopa i cała postawa zmniejsza ryzyko kontuzji.

Wzmacnianie CORE to tez przeciwdziałanie bólom pleców.
PULL ANKLE BAND / SWIMMING / FREESTYLE
A short video about how to use and what pull ankle band is for in swimming. Madwave band is so cool because it can be used both on the ankles to not move your legs or above the knees to eliminate, for example, too wide kick in the freestyle. PULL ANKLE BAND ✅ forces better and stronger arms work ✅ helps you work on your body's position and awareness in the water ✅ forces a higher arm frequency ...

Today we will learn to swim with a two-beat kick freestyle. It is a technique that will let you save more energy through less leg work. It is often used in swimming for longer distances or in triathlon. And today you will learn how to properly coordinate your arms with your legs. Coordination: we kick with the right foot while pulling with the right hand. Tym razem praca nóg i ramion w kraulu "...
Swimming freestyle drills / snorkel / technique.

Snorkel will help you to focus on work of your arms, legs and on your body position without having to breathe to the side. It is very useful equipment that we can use to improve freestyle technique.
Navigation / Open Water / Breathing / Buoys
In this video you will find the three most common navigation methods. When working with my clients, I noticed that there is no one way that "suits" everyone, so you should try each one. Remember that moving your head forward in open water is only in order to look and navigate, not to breathe. We breathe to the side like in freestyle without navigation. Good luck! :)
2-beat vs 6-beat kick freestyle
2-beat and 6-beat kick freestyle swimming. What are the differences? Six-beat freestyle, as the name suggests, has six leg kicks for one arms cycle. Due to the large footwork, the energy effort is also relatively large, but also allows you to develop higher speeds. This kicking technique is used by almost all swimmers at distances up to 400 m. How is it with longer distances as 800 and 1500m fr...

Mobility in swimming / Shoulders, feet, ankles

The swimmer does not live by the water alone 😉🏊‍♀️💧 It's time for dryland exercices! Check what to do to swim faster and easier, especially when you were not a professional swimmer, and your mobility in the joints and ranges of motion are limited. Unfortunately, everyday life often has a negative impact on our posture. Muscle contractures and muscle imbalances appear, and how does this affect s...

    This morning at the pool I practiced with the board as you show. After an hour of clumsy attempts, I did the 2-beat kick without the board!!! What a difference. It automatically made me glide longer and swim faster. This is one of the best videos on this stroke; your example is so clear to see what is involved. For anyone struggling, I found that the initial hip role before the down kick was the trick. Example with right arm is a counterclockwise roll begins as the catch is started. At that point the right leg is higher, and it is flicked down as the right arm pulls, this assists the role and enables the streamline glide. What's amazing is I don't remember how I took breaths, but I did. Thanks for the video.

    your technique is so clean and smooth, it's like you're floating on the water. Looks great, I wish I could do that. I'm just getting the hang of 2BK and it's a lot of fun, but difficult to keep up. Also I feel like my legs are sinking too much. Will keep practicing!

    hi, coach, i can do 1000 meters just by kicking without stopping. In the case where I do 4 beat kicks, I would like to know if the 2 beat kicks are performed on the same right arm?

  • @nikitaw1982

    Its not that complicated. Practice leg raises on dip bars and touching ur toes. Then as approach the wall forcefully bring head and chest to pool floor while let momentum carry legs hips to the wall and bring heels to bum and whole body will rotatw Practice till feet land on wall then do an over head squat jump off wall, right ur self.

    • @stuartlichty4250
      @stuartlichty4250 2 года назад

      No, the kick and pull are done on the same side, simultaneously. This sets up the roll along the long axis and allows for a nice glide phase between each force (kick, pull) application. This video is a great demonstration of two-beat freestyle kick and timing.

    • @isabellazz7323
      @isabellazz7323 2 года назад

      @@stuartlichty4250 yes it’s very clear But I see other videos on RUclips where legs and arms are opposite in two beat kick , so I was pretty confused Thank you

    • @stuartlichty4250
      @stuartlichty4250 2 года назад

      @@isabellazz7323 btw, for distance freestyle and more relaxed lower speed/intensity, you want to coordinate the more forceful downward kick on the same side as the catch and pull. In doing this, you might find that you have small “pulse” kicks in between your more powerful downward kicks, and this is ok, too.

      Ithink, 2 kick help you to get smoother and easier freestyle. It cuts unnecessary movement from leg's big muscles. Less movement=good for endurance. So, its not for speed.
